Shipping and delivery

 

We will usually ship orders within 2 business days. At liseanns.no we pack and ship from Monday until Friday. 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation soon after you have made your purchase at Liseanns.no. This e-mail will contain an order receipt and return form.

 If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation from us, your order may not have been registered in our systems. If the latter occurs, please contact us at customerservice@liseanns.no.

 You can pick up your ordered items at your local postoffice or via «Post i butikk». Normal delivery time is estimated around 1-4 days, depending on your geographic location. Please note that during holidays estimated delivery time will be prolonged, so make sure you order well in advance. You will receive an SMS from Bring on the same day your package arrives at your local post office.  Small items, or items of light weight, will at most times be sent directly to your private mailbox

Payment

 

 Our finance service and payment provider is Klarna. When purchasing with invoice you will receive your goods first, which gives you the opportunity to pay for you purchase within the next 14 days.

You also have the opportunity to pay by card. Our online credit card processing solution is Stripe. They allow you to pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express at Liseanns. When paying with aforementioned credit cards all personal data go through Stripe.
