Sizing

The ballet flat sizes slightly bigger, we advise to take half a size smaller than your usual size (i.e. if you have a 38, take a 37,5).

Care

LOLO uses soft Italian suede with a special protective finishing, which makes them water and dirt repellent. Our Suede is known for being ultra-soft and for its longevity. Always keep suede out of direct sunlight to avoid fading. Suede isn’t as delicate as you may think.  Use a small brush for maintaining the nap; do not use any polish/cream on the material, nor a wet cloth. If your suede gets wet, don’t fret, let it dry, then give it a brushing, always finish brushing in the direction of the natural grain to maintain its smooth finish
